Feeling better with myself, but Terry would be pissed and probably fed up with it. 7. The thing is though when you cut and don't deal with those feelings it will never move you to a different and better place. I don't like to feel any of those things, but each time I have it's been for a reason, I've realized when I'm angry it's okay, I have a good reason to be, as well as when I am sad, upset or whatever it is. I don't apologize or hate myself for having feelings anymore. And I won't hurt myself like I used to, my feelings are worthy and they move me to make change when I need to. It is hards Nochy, but our feelings are actually are best friends, they protect you, they don't hurt you like we often think. That's been my experience. So I hope you keep on looking inside yourself to try and find out what it is that you are trying get out. I'm glad you came here, you are doing really good. ![]() Luv ya little sis..
