You Can Heal Your Life
This book is absolutely amazing. I read it when I was in rehab and by the time I was finished, my mind felt so much clearer and more positive.
Louise L. Hay is an amazing author.

Yea, I did the same thing with ED's. I've had that book for years, but I always go back to it. It's great!
