Self help recommendations

I swear by self help books. I have read some amazing self help literature over the past 3 weeks.
If you guys know of any self help books that you have heard of or read and enjoyed, put them in here.

I will recommend the following:

Moving Forward - Dave Pelzer (this book is absolutely fantastic!! a must read)

You Can Heal Your Life - Louise L. Hay

Loving What Is - Byron Katie
