To all the girls
You are beautiful no matter what. I have had the lovely experience of getting to know some of you and I can tell you right now that you are all amazing and beautiful girls. It doesn't matter whether I've seen you or not, you've all shown amazing and attractive qualities that I admire greatly.
It doesn't matter if you don't look like everyone else It doesn't matter if you are not a size 6 It doesn't matter if you don't wear the latest fashion You are all amazing in your own way. You are beautiful, no matter what they say. Don't let anyone make you feel or tell you otherwise. Appreciate your looks and qualities cos they are what make you YOU.

I believe it is true about all of you.
One thing that I really started to work on in rehab was the way I see myself. I started with positive affirmations and replacing all the bad thoughts with good ones. And I can truthfully tell you that I love myself so much more now. Anyways what I'm trying to say is that people can compliment you until the cows come home, but there's nothing sweeter and more precious than self acceptance and love. Keep that in mind ladies. It's not easy but so worthwhile and rewarding.
