Some help....

I am really fed up with life right now. I really don't know who to talk to about this. I have to force myself out of bed most days. I never feel like eating/drinking. I really just go through the days not paying attention to ****. I'm not nessecarily depressed. I mean, yeah lifes **** but idk I have no feelings twards it anymore. No emotions at all. I really don't know what to do. I mean I've been through alot, but idk... Maybe this is my way of coping with...

Sounds to me like you need a passion, hobby or something to look forward to.
Do you know what your passions are? Things you like to do?

I remember being at a point similar to where you are now. I felt completely numb, it was a frustrating feeling.

For 'me' I had to stop living for everyone else and do things for myself.
I have so much going on in my life now, good things, too often I lay awake
at night with excitement about what it going on and I exhaust myself.

Maybe you can do some writing and find out what you could do for yourself, just for you. Join some groups? classes? a gym? go running? there's a great place you can meet people called meet up.com

Whatever you do try Not to stay in bed, I do know that is the easiest thing sometimes, I almost did it tonight, but forced myself to take a much needed 2 hour dance class.

And of course I'm going to suggest talking to a counselor, I force myself to do that as well even though I think I don't need to, ... It can't hurt us.
Life can be so overwhelming I think it's good to talk to someone who is always on 'our' side and can help us see things from a different side.

Those are just things that work for me. Change what isn't working.

I'm sorry that you are feeling a bit lost. Miss Done gave you some good suggestions so try to make progress in that direction. When life has you feeling in a rut it's time to take action as only you can change the plan. *hugs*

I guess, I used to draw and paint just havent really felt up to it.
I like to sleep.

I'm the president of the GSA at my school....doesnt seem like thats working out though ppl just don't seem to want to change... and the ppl that do don't want to be the ones to make it happen....feels like i'm on my own...
