so bored

This is a discussion on so bored within the Teens Chat forums, part of the Welcome to Newcomers category; im i on a friday night :( when im bored i eat...im on a diet so its sooooooooooooooooooooooo hard not ...

so bored

im i on a friday night :(

when im bored i eat...im on a diet so its sooooooooooooooooooooooo hard not to eat

i miss my ex and he hasnt called :(

im on a diet cos my ex bf callled me fat. well not in those words...he said' oh dont you have to be petite to be an airhostess?' aka THIN!!!

Too bad that people do not realize how much their words can affect us.
I have seen a big variety of air hostesses. Come to think of it, I have never seen an anorexic, too thin looking one... so try to forget about the comment.

im an englsih size 16 which is the countrys avarage, but id rather be a 14 or 12....cos then i can wear nicer clothes

Stupid men! I know this is probably the last thing you want to do but when feeling a little self concious about my weight which is pretty much all the time as I'm certainly not thin, petite and used to be obeses but now just overweight I go excercise. It really gets the endorphins ( feel good chemicals) moving and I know that because of the hard work it helps keep my eating on track for the day as well as kicks up the metabolism for a whole 24 hours. So do it for you!

i used to be HUGE nearly a size 20, 15 stone.

then i lost 3 stone and was thiner than i am now and i looked good. but then i put a bit of it back on by eating mcd and kfc for a year lol!! but now its all got to go, i want to be pretty and nice looking

Thats what I do. Whenever I feel really crap about myself. Even though half the time I don't want to I work out. Even though it takes so much motivation to start off with, once you actuallyget into it. It makes you feel really good.
For an easy work-out that you can do at home, I do windsor pilates by Mari Windsor. You can get her DVD setor just choose one work-out and do that. They're great if you need a quick easy work-out and you feel GREATafterwards!!!
