normale, strange, or just over reacting.

i'm not sure of where to put this,

but any way. our hospital has been building a new physc ward, illness center, or what ever you want to call it for a while now and its still being built. it use to be in the hospital but im not sure if they are running out of room, or what for the physcriatric (sp) unit.. now, the new center isnt to far away from the hospital, its about 2-3 minutes. but when ever im in the car with my mom or dad and we drive by it, i get spooked, scared, and frighten by it..... i really don't know why but it dose. i think mostly because i fear that i ever do slip up some where down the road, i will end up there.. am i over reacting, or is it normale..

sorry if it sounds confusing

Maybe it just reminds you of when you were in one before.

Anytime I drive by any hospital, if I think about it, it freaks me out.

Are you doing okay with everything? Maybe have something else ready
to think about when you are driving by it.

i wasnt in one but came pretty close to being in one when i had my relapse. and yes eveything is ok. there have been times where i wonder if i will ever slip up but i try not to think about it. some nights i do have nightmares about being locked up in one and i will wake up in the middle of the night looking around to see where im at.

I wouldn't worry so much as I was going to say the same as MissDone but some buildings or places just do that. There's a few that give me the creeps when I go by them. I think it's kind of just our intuitive self knowing or feeling something isn't right. Not unlike the feelings one gets around haunted houses, you just "know", something ain't right. Like my daughter wants me to move where she is, I've visited and there's nothing creepy about it but it just doesn't "feel" like that's where I'm supposed to be it's like a numb no emotion type feeling of belonging. That's how some places affect me anyway, you just "feel" weird about them. I don't think there's anything wrong though. Does that make sense?
