new year's resolution
so what is everyone's new years resolution?
i have a few.. 1. to give up pop 2. not to drink so much alcohol 3. to remain self-harm free 4. and not to smoke so much. . . . yup i have started smoking

I think I have too many.
1. Get started back on meds and counseling. 2. Get better grades. 3. Become more money conscious. 4. Be an all around nicer person. 5. Weed out the people I don't need or want in my life. 6. Get another tattoo! 7. Fix issues I have with my parents. 8. Be a better friend. 9. Make sure I tell my family members everyday that I love them. 10. Learn to respect and appreciate myself.

I dont usually make them, but I think its manditory this year that I have at least one.

I don't make them anymore, but this year I did. I decided to make myself more important and to take really, really good care of myself. My goal is to keep my stress at bay

I figure, it's all things I can work on in therapy, so the biggest step I have to take is getting back in to counseling! I have an appointment with my doctor on the 13th, so wish me luck.

just a quick up date.
it's been about a good. 3 months since i last smoked 4 months since i last had a drink. im slowly losing weight. down to around 190 and of course still SI free
