my poor feet
ive been walking in 3 inch heels all day....im scared to take them off cos my arches will hurt too much :(

LOL!! Oh I admire your courage, I don't do heels at all unless I absolutly must.. epsom salt in a soak works wonders!

To pumps... I find it fascinating what women have agreed to wear in the name of fashion and power and wealth, and what appeals to the eyes of men. What about the ridiculous shoes that pioneer women wore while traipsing across the Wild West in covered wagons. Or what about Chinese foot binding

I actually like wearing heels - GG I feel your pain because I know how your feet can get after a day of heel wearing, but I usually wear heels (thank-God I don't have to walk around all day. I wear heels more than flats so I'm a bit better balanced when I'm wearing higher shoes.
