might be going to conseloring
some of you have read my post early and how i'm afraid i go back to cutting and such and i was afriad to tell my mom so i wrote a letter to her and i went for a walk.well my mom didn't get home till about 2:30 and got a text from her sking me if ok i text her back saying no not really, so she text back saying come home and talk to me... i got home and i told her what was bugging me and i told her its gettting harder and harder to do this on my own.. so she might be getting me into conseloring and i hope it works for me

that is so awesome hun. i am so happy for u. im glad u talked to ure mom and worked it out. and ill be praying that counseling works for u. and i am so proud of u for coming this far. keep going hun i know u can do it. take care of yourself and god bless ya hun.

thanks.. she's still trying to find out when i will be able to get in.. i'm starting to feel a little nervouse about going to conseloring, since it will be my first time going

I am so happy that you and your mom talked. I am happy that you are going to counseling. I know it is hard for the first time going but from my experience counseling is what has helped me heal the many things in my life. I will be thinking about you. You are doing great

that's cool recovered. i've done counseling too, and probably will do it once every month.... keep us posted man. And believe in yourself bud, that there's a light in the end of the tunnel, no matter how deem it may look like.. make yourself beleive on that bud. Keep up!

i'm just having mixed emotions right not... at ne point i can't wait till my first session then i'm nervous as hell..
mostly because this will be my first time going to counseling

It is understandable. It is hard to have to share such personal information with people. After my first overdose I was forced to got to a better shrink (one with more education), and I was horrified, too. You never know how people will react and judge. Try to relax, this is their job they are good at it. You don't have to say anything that makes you uncomfortable. Good luck! I'm sure it'll go okay.
