Doing a little better
i just i'd let you guys know i've been doing a little better.. i'm still trying to get this whole eatting thing undercontrol.. i've still been eatting very little, and i've having days where i'm in a cheerful mood and the next day i will be in a crap mood.. and i'm still nervous about my first counseling session.. but over all 9i've been doing a little better

Oh, that is great to hear!! I am happy for you. As long as you are making that conscouse effort to eat, you are fighting it. Even if it is not much, it is an attempt and that is all you can ask for. I know what it is like to feel completely different all the time, it sucks! When you feel upset instead of just thinking, "Man I am so upset, nothing is going right." try to think of something more positive or that builds you up. It is easer said then done. I know it is soo hard, and it can make you feel like a falure when it doesn't work out. Try it if you like. Or youo can just have a thing you go to when you are upset. Something that you love. Like hum an uplifting song, think of a funny joke or a moment that made time stand still. Whatever you want as long as it puts you in a good mood. I really hope that counsloring works for you, I really do. It will be such a relief for you to have someone there to help you. I hope everything keeps going well, or even better. Your first meeting is in ten days right? Let me know how everything works.

Just hang in there, it will be scary. But, you will get help to improve all this. It'll be okay, just try to find healthy ways to let out your emotions, maybe. If you ever need to talk to me you can.

well i thought i had this eatting undercontrol.. i guess i don't i been eatting very little and i don't know why.. i'm thinking cause it's some anxity issues or something.. so far i've only had a thiing of gusheres (candy) a bit of a sandwich my mom bought for me from subway and i didn't even finish it...
i think i should nring this up in my counseling meeting

Yeah, they will be a lot better at identifying the root of the problem, then I could be. Just try ti eat, maybe force yourself? Just be as honest as you acan bare at your counsloring, and I am sure they will help you. Good luck, I really hope you start eating and feeling better.
