Additional Support

I was talking to someone in another chat and they reccomended this website for additional support called Kids Help Phone. It's for Canadians, but it's completely anonymous and they can't figure out where you really are..so even though I'm in the US I can still use it. It's not instant support, but sometimes it's pretty helpful and can help you unwind. It covers tons of topics. Basically, you can write a post under some topic about how you're feeling or what's bothering you, what's going on basically and within a few days you can check back and a counsellor will have answered your post.

The posts, after they've been answered by a consellor, are public for other people to read, but you can ask them to delete your post if you want to keep it private. It's pretty cool. You can ask questions, or write out whatever you want whether sad/happy/nervous/angry, it doesn't matter. Anyways, the link: http://www.kidshelpphone.ca/en/home.asp

Oh, I forgot to add, you can call them too, but for that you might actually have to be in Canada.. o_o

Plus, I think if they answered they'd speak in french, which isn't very helpful, lol.
