Stress.

So like , I'm 14 & I just feel stressed out like all the time . My neck hurts & back all the time pretty much . At school I'm kinda popular & not a lot of people have problems with me . My parents are usually stressed out too ( Well to me they are ] . They're always tell me what a good life I have & how I should be thankful for everything & I am . I feel like one minute I'm happy & one minute I'm sad . And some of the problems are boys .

I just can't make up my mind for ANYTHING that has to do with them . Sometimes I'm really negative about myself too :/ & I want that to change . I just need some answers , because I know I'm not the only one out there feeling like this .

Hello and welcome to!
Can you maybe give more detail about what stresses you? Sometimes stress is a learned behavior, especially if this is typical for your parents. Some people are not raised to know any other way so they think life should be filled with stress and worry when it's not the case?

At 14, well... it's a period of growing up that IS confusing and worrisome, it is full of mixed emotions and feelings and makes you feel crazy sometimes! So we DO understand! So if there is something specific you want to talk about that worries you we are here for you!
