I'm an 18 year old girl and I just met my first girlfriend, but neither of us are totally sure what to do (if you get me......)

Like we understand what to do lol but what counts as "going all the way"???? It's not as clear as it is with a guy so we're both pretty confused.....

of penetration just like in a guy girl relationship is similar
(but I'm not sure).
