Anyone have a social phobia?

It's terrible, I scream and cry and jump out of my chair, and beg and plead with them no more, and end up having to be held down. It's quit the ordeal every time. It's horrible. ...anyway was thinking of this because I had a experience which totally triggered me this week. On our back to school schedule for teachers only we all have to go to the convention center ( all teachers in the entire district) for a hoorah, pep rally, get motivated deal right... so this year because of parking they made all us teachers ride the school buses there!! Well did I go into a panic to the point of full blown panic attack on Tuesday when I got on that bus.. guess it's from my elementary school days riding the bus because the fumes of the bus always made me sick and I always got sick and one of my phobias is getting sick in public right... but I did it, bounced and bounced in the last seat in the back of the bus all the way... but sick as hell the rest of the day.

Uh about 50,000 times in the last 4 years, you just don't listen.



A friend told me yesterday she has a phobia of getting throat cultures.

They give her anxiety attacks.

Yeah you wait till your approaching 50.. your hearing oops listening skills won't be so keen either.. HA!

Nah was so sick after bouncing on the bus.. nearly puked so I couldn't
be peppy, and the teacher man next to me (from another school), real big guy like 400 pounds stuffed into one of those theater seats at the end ( cause I always have to sit on the end, another phobe), fell asleep and snored louder then the music playing all the way through, can we say miserable day... plus he smelled.
