I have the right:

To ask for a date.

To refusea date.

To suggest a activites.

To have my own feelings and be able express them.

To say I think my partner's imformation is wrong or his/her actions are unfair or inappropriate.

To tell someone not to interrupt me.

To tell my partner when I need affection.

To refuse affection.

To be heard.

To refuse to lend money.

To refuse sex with anyone just because they took me out on a expensive date.

To refuse sex at any time for any reason.

To have friends and space aside from my partner

I have the Responsibility

To determine my limits and values.

To communicate clearly and honestly.

To ask for help when I need it.

To be considerate.

To check my actions/decisions to determine if they are good for me or bad for me; to set high goals.

To have my limits and values respected!

Personally, I think this is good info for anyone of all ages/gender to think about when in a relationship. I sure wish someone had told me all of this!

It seems like such a normal thing and like something we all would just do, but sometimes I think we get caught up or want to please someone we kind of forget about some of these things.....
Or some of us get manipulating into thinking we 'owe' these things....
