What's on your tivo or what shows are you watching? Top 3 right now:

1. Wolverine & The X-Men: Great new cartoon that doesn't dumb it down. If your into comics this is a great one. It's not available in the US till January but I download it from canada. download it from piratebay or watch it on youtube.

2. Smallville: It's not as good as it was a few seasons ago but I like how they brought back Lana recently and that paramedic is actually Doomsday. I think Chloe likes him more than Jimmy. I also keep wondering what they're going to do about her-- she's not in the comics so I think they may have to kill her.

3. Biggest Loser: I like this show. Ive found it to be really along the lines of the recovery work I do and food and obesity is nothing but an addiction too. I find the positive nature uplifting and am always amazed at how much the finalists lose. Ive lost about 20 pounds since I started working out in july and want to lose 40 more pounds. I hope they vote vicky off on Tuesday and I hope Michelle makes it into the finals. Its kinda unfair that Heba and Ed get to work as a team, but Im glad Amy got voted off.

No tivo bryson? man. I think I watch too much tv but better than what i used to do with my free time if you know what i mean.

You don't find House to be a bit too much a proponent of drug use? Everyone is enabling House cause he's a brilliant doctor, ignoring his vicodin addiction. I had to stop watching.

I like Biggest Loser cause it really does fall within the program-- I mean, they pretty much make everyone admit they're powerless to stop their food addiction unless they submit to a higher power...Jillian.
