Jack Osbourne - 21 years gone

I just finished reading Jack Osbournes book and I found it urprisingly good. It goes through is whole life basically (I know thats what they usually do nyway) But it mainly focused on his life while messing up with drugs, reasons why he did it, and how he wet through recovery and in rehab. And why he is doing (or did I guess) That extreme sports show.

I've never been in AA or NA and it explained as best as he could what it was like and how it worked for him. I found it so interesting as I can't really talkto anyone about recvery or rehab here especially anyone its worked for.

In my personal opinion, it's really good if you're kinda feeling down about reovery or even if you need some direction and like a light at the end of the tunnel - for me personally anyway!
