hey i like this. this is a big help. u know i have a huge problem shutting my mind down. i mean it is always going and thinking about something wether it be negative or positive. it just never stops. honestly it gets very exhausting. but thanks for the tips. ill try them and see how they work. love ya bunches and a *hugs*

Doing this exercise does help, that thing where they say to yell to yourself, "STOP" it does help, but you have to have something else to focus on, if not you'll go right back to beating yourself up or thinking about what you were just thinking about. Yoga and Tai Chi help too, if you can slow yourself down enough to make yourself do it. I do know that it's possible to completely stop these thoughts or obsessing like this though. I quit for A LONG TIME, I don't know why it's so bad now. I forgot how bad it can be, or that I even did this. But it won't always be like this, ;-) it goes away, I just (kind of) forgot how to make it. lol.. ((((...))) ![]()
