1.SELF-INJURY THOUGHTS: Cutting; Burning; Bruising; Beating myself to a bloody pulp; anything. 2.TIME AND DATE: 12:02 am 3.LOCATION: My room 4.SITUATION: My boyfriends ex is fighting with me and I'm losing control of what I say to her. She's making me so mad and I can't stop shaking. My mom and dad are fighting with me too. I feel ganged up on, and there's nothing I can do. My dad hates my guts and I'm about to ****ing lose every single day that I gained not cutting. 5.FEELING: Miserable; Angry; Depressed; Numb; Shaky; Insane 6.WHAT WOULD BE THE RESULT OF SELF-INJURY? I don't really know...I know that if I do it, it's going to be alot worse than it has ever been before... 7. WHAT WOULD I BE TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH MY SELF-INJURY? *hugs* i'm sorry your feeling this way right now.. try and think of good things.. listen to some calm relaxing music.. have you thought about talking to your BF about your ex?

I did talk to him. He's best friends with her, and that makes it harder, but I can't make him stop being friends with her....that would be mean.
