I am not sure where to post it so I posted it here. Today has been a werid day for me. I was okay this morning and then cried through church than I was okay again now I am down again and it is wearing me out.
I have so much on my mind right now. I don't even know where to being. eating patterns up and down sad, happy, sad, happy, angry not sure why hungry really hungry eat then don't feel good binge on cookies today worried about my friend that has an eating disorder in pain because of my arthritsis don't feel loved right now feel alone even though I have friends and God who care But I also want to be alone does that make any sense no I don't think so past two days where good then I hit that wall again today. I can't take another week of depression like last two weeks I am not strong enough to do it THanks for letting me get that all out love, Shana ![]() |

Sounds like you need...
a good rest a nice relaxing bath, with bath salts and scented candles a list of all the things you want to do either goals or places you would like to go - no time limits on anything, just things you would like to do with your life. When I get like that I need a break or a change, so I stop thinking about the now, the present and start thinking about places I would like to go or things I would like to do in this life time, it just makes me more motivated! Hope you're ok!!!

I think motivation is the key for me right now. I want to go to Ireland on a missions trip with my college in Spring of 2007 to go you have to hav GPA of 2.5 and right now I have a GPA of 2.33 so I have to get it up. I want to go to Ireland to see the beautiful land. See all of God's creation in a different country. I would be working with the youth there

Hi honey, celebrate the wonderful memories of your grandpa...hug.
Take it one day at a time with your school and grades, then it won't be too overwhelming... just do your best one day at a time. |

I'm sorry about your granpa. I lost my grandpa 2 and a half months ago and I love remembering all the fun times, all the laughs, all the little things he used to say. I bet your grandpa is watching over you the same way mine is watching over me.
As for Ireland. I LOVE Ireland, you're right it is so beautful. I went a year ago and it is just awesome, we went on the hop on hop off bus tour in Dublin (if you're going there) which I TOTALLY suggest - it is the best way to learn all about it - the history, good tourist spots and nice places that not many people know about. ![]() Good luck with it and I think that would be a great way to get a fresh motivational boost, think about all the things you want to see and the things you want to do while you're there.
