Panic Reduction Methods...
A growing list...
1) BREATHE; Deep breaths, in for 6 seconds, out for 3 seconds. 2) Counting; Pick a stack of books, tiled celing, anything you can and slowly concentrate on counting what is there. 3) Sensory; Use your hands and feel whatever is around you, close your eyes and concentrate entirely on what it feels like... texture. 4) Make an internal world, a place only you can go to, peaceful and practice going there when you feel panicky. 5) Get to a physically safe place, with no triggers. 6) Know your triggers (any sensory perception that causes you to have a Panick Attack, visual, smell, verbal, ect.) More later, but those were the basics when I started.
