Managing Anxiety
Even if you suffer from Panick Attacks, you can manage your overall anxiety. Here are a few things I learned.
Take a short walk daily, and *try to* enjoy the moment. Journal to find patterns of your anxiety. If something in peticular gives you a lot of trouble (money or something), make a list, focusing on the closest time period you can.
