Up and down...
Hello. I have been so busy with work that i have not been able t post but here is an update on how i am doing. This past week I have been working on portion size with the foods I am eating. It has been really hard to stick to the portion sizes but I have not done that bad. I have done better then I thought I would do. These past two days have not been that great though with food. I still have not binged in like two weeks which is great but I have been still eating junk instead of food. I can make the excusses why I have been eating junk instead of food that will fill me up but that will not help even though I would love to list why I have been eating junk instead of better food. lol. I meet with my counselor on Monday and hopefully help me put a meal together that I can eat and fix fast for my crazy work schedule.
I know there will be days that wont be good but better days are coming. love ya Renee |

renee....you sound so positive!! I am glad that you are working on this issue and taking good care of you. You will be such an inspiration to others!!!! Keep us posted on your progress. Sometimes our steps forward are baby steps BUT they are still steps and they count, and they count a LOT!!!!!!
One thing a friend of mine used to do was to prepare her healthy foods ahead of time, example...carrot sticks. She said that little things like that, and having them done ahead of time helped her to make that choice, because when she was feeling depressed she did not have the energy to even chop a carrot! I don't know if that helps, or if it has already been suggested to you, but either way, I just wanted to add a little something and to tell you that I am proud of you! Hope
