A question
I've been wondering, if you've just lost your appetite for the most part would that be considered an eating disorder? I mean, I eat when I'm hungry, but what if you're not hungry that often? What if you only eat like a meal a day? I know that's not healthy, but that's how I am some days, not all the time though. I don't do it by choice necessarily, I'm just not hungry. Anyways, anybody have an answer? Or opinion?

It's not a healthy habit to take up.
Try to eat maybe 6 small meals. Like something small throughout the day. Or try to eat at mealtimes. |

The thing about the 6 meals a day, that doesn't work very well when you have to go to school and be there for 7 hours of your day. You get one meal break and that's it. All my teachers hate it when you eat in class >_>
And DWI, I answered no to both of your questions. I didn't think I had one in the first place but I was wondering anyway. Also, I know it's not healthy. I've been trying to eat more like a person should, but it's hard to do when you have no appetite at the time D: Thanks for all your thoughts.

Yeah I know what you mean about the 6 meal thing. At our school we're not allowed to have any food brought in at all because it's not approved by the school. (How gay) So we can only eat school food and nothing else. It really sucks.
But maybe you're just not made to eat much you know??? Don't force yourself to eat if oyu don't want to, that'll only make you hate eating. (It would for me anyway) Hmmm....I think I might be contradicting what I said earlier. Oh well, listen to my second suggestion then =] |

Given the incredible stress you have been under it's no surprise you don't have much of an appetite. Give yourself time.

No no, you got me wrong. I do not think I have an eating disorder. It was just a wondering. Only eating as much as I'm able to take in is okay with me, I have no good/bad feelings about it. I'm not stressed out about this, or worried, I just wondered.
