food pepal arh

food pepal arh

i find eating hard enough let alone with pepal i can't do that no way. but i got this reuion with my rehib (treatment sententer for addiction) and i realy wont to go but at the same time i'm **** scaried to go as there is food and lots of pepal it's freaking me out just thinking about it and it is on sunday, if i go i will feel crap about the food and get freaked out by it. if i don't go then i feel like **** letting every1 down including myself but i realy can't do it. i hate it i'm sick of not being able to do what i wont. arh

I recall Chy suggesting to you to schedule small things to eat during the day.
Have you followed through on that?
If you have, then, just continue on with the plan; if you haven't, please do start to. It will make everything easier for you. *hug*

i have rote a plan of food whot and when i am eating but i am finding it realy hard to stick to. i wish i cud just do it and feel like **** that i can't but i no that it takes time and that beating myself up about it wont help.

Do your level best to stick to your plan.
Perhaps you can have a trusted friend or adult confirm that you followed through on each step of the plan.
And reward yourself when you do the right things for your body. Doesn't have to be much, but, give yourself something pleasurable.

i don't no if i have enyone who i wud feel cumfortabel to ask. but just to let u no that i hav stuck to my food plan since i posted eriler but feel like i'm going to b sick so i throught i wud destract myself by coming on here.

And it's very good that you came here to distract yourself, since you are feeling poorly.
Would you like to share here with us, as your confirmation of your plan? I mean, you would have to be honest, but, why would you lie here? LOL! You came here in order TO get support, right?
So, if you would like to, we can work out a plan describing how we would do it? Let me know...heck, we can work out just about anything now, can't we!

that wud b helpful if u cud help me wiv mi plan.

but the plan for tomoro is

9 am half an aple
12 pm 2 carrot sticks and soup (i find the soup more diffulct)
3 pm half an apple
6 pm 2 carrot sticks and soup

i have kept it the same as i find that easyer than tring to get miself to eat differunt foods. try to get ok wiv sum foods and build from there dont no if that the rite thing to du throw.

That's a very good plan denny! The problem is though it lacks protein and carbs (which your brain needs to function clearly). If you could add a slice of fat free lunch meat and maybe a half a slice of bread to you 9 am and 3 pm times that would be really good. I'm just worried your not getting enough protein and carbs and the body will metabolize your muscles to get that energy it needs just to function. Your not used to eating so your body is making you feel ill, but I think you've got a really good plan and I know you'll work your way up to normal portions. Your not to far away but take it slow get used to it and set new goals for the following week. This will allow your body to slowly (which is the right way) to get used to having food.

Maybe for next week you can add that as a goal to achieve. You really are doing well!

i will try and add things but heck thats scaire, i will let u no my new plan for next week on sunday as this helps me to get myself to follow it.i have just spoken to one of my frends about helping me stick to my plan i've told him wot my plan is he gunner call me b4 i am supost to eat and after coz of the whole feeling sick thing so that i can talk if i wont. but part of me like **** i can't not do it now and to me thats scaire.

Keep it simple denny. This is going to have to be accomplished through baby steps when that fear kicks in we get scared. Think of it as a positive thing your doing and pat yourself on the back and give yourself a hug each time you meet your goal on your plan throughout the day, we're rooting you on and will offer you all the support you can handle!

thankz i no it is agood thing i am doing for myself i supose that is whi it is hard, but i'm battleing and i don't intend to lose this battle, this site has been so great since being on here i hav been abel to talk abit about my problems wiv food in the real world to a few close frends which is differnce from not even being abel to say anorexia without wonting to smack sumthing or sum1 wot i am kinda saying is thankyou for all the suport and help you have given me and will give, its gud to no i hav the suport and help if i wont it.

here is the plan for next week

**** my heads spinning over add bread crabs arh but i will try. stuck to my plan all day today so i am gunner have some me time to relax.

I am glad to see that you are laying out an eating plan. (Very important step) That is a great start....but that can't be your only intake because it is still severely under what is healthy.

1 apple = 100 calories
1 slice of bread = 100 calories
carrots = negative calories
soup = variable (could be 60 or 100 up to 300+....all depends on the soup/broth)

A generous estimate would still only put you at 400 calories/day...which is still only 20-25% of normal caloric intake and will induce symptoms related to starvation.

I think you need to add:

A multi-vitamin (All-in-One)
Some type of cereal/grain. Your body NEEDS a healthy breakfast. If you are completely against cereal, then yogurt is a good substitute.
Nuts (protein. An easy addition if you put peanut butter on your apple. Granola/trail mix is a great snack too)
Meat (protein/vitamins. Start with a breast of chicken or some sliced turkey/chicken from the deli. You can add a slice of cheese and/or some mustard for taste)
Glass of milk with 2 meals (2% is fine)
Glass of juice with the other 2 meals (OJ and cranberry juice are both good)
Small green salad with at least 1 meal, preferably 2 (No iceberg lettuce. Mixed greens are the best. Any kind of dressing is fine)

Adding these things will get you in the ball park....but still on a low side, but it is a start.

Let me know what you think. I sorta wrote this off the top of my head. If you'd like, I can write it out in a 'meal' format....including snack options.

i no wot caloire intake i am haveing, arh i was about to rite a pissed off massege but just relized i asked for help and thats wot ur offering and ur rite my intake is to low but increaseing just by wot i have has been hard and when i read wot u put it freaked me out i wudn't stick to it if i added all wot u sed.

hi soz i not been around latley will be from now on i haven't been very well and kinda used that as a reason to **** off my food plan i no that was not the best thing to do but just got to mush. i am really struggleing with it at the moment. denny
