It is from a CBT Exercise book. CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy...which is a type of therapy that deals with the way you think, and how that effects how you feel, and how you react (your behavior). Using exercises/techniques from CBT is a great way to get control of your bulimic thoughts and actions. It allows you to figure out what kind of triggers cause you to act, what kind of thoughts you have (and if they are realistic or not), and a way to see how you act based on what you think and feel.

These exercises have worked for me over the last few weeks, I've been struggling.
But I have over a year so I didn't want to ruin it.

Now that i'm looking at those sheets...i think I have those exact ones in my stash. I can't remember where I got them, but good exercises tend to find their ways around.

and i suppose, i just dont see how things will be better tommorrow is bad and the i've lost my appetite one is irrational. i have lost my appetite and i grow stonger on how determined i am each and every day. i know im getting exhausted but sometimes thats the way the cookie crumbles they are mainly because of ecams though stress you know?? anyway, i found one thing on here that really helps. that chart thingy with all the faces that say how do you feel? i can quite honestly say thats one of the only ones i feel happy to point out what i feel on lol!! |
